Description: An assessment tool for clinicians to determine the self-care ability of persons with disabilities, eg spinal, neurological, orthopaedic. In addition, it is a valuable tool for treatment planning and monitoring. Results of assessments can be exported to Excel and HTML in seconds for viewing and print, and to other databases such as SQL, Access and Oracle.
